In year 2009 Halaman Group started embarked in small scale housing property and formed Halaman Unggul Sdn Bhd in the same year. In year 2011, under Halaman Group, Halaman Ramai Sdn Bhd was established and involved in first Gated and Guarded housing property in Kelantan. The project named “Minee Villa Kemumin” consists of 30 units of 3-storey Bungalow, Semi-Detached and Club house. In 2012, HR City View Sdn Bhd which is established under Halaman Group, involved in developing a high rise project “City View Condominium”. The building consists 90 units with 19-storey which located at Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, Kota Bharu Kelantan. In year 2013, formed Sky Venture Sdn Bhd is formed and currently involved in “Sky Riverfront Service Apartment” which consisting 235 units of service apartment and 132 units of ibis Style Hotel at Jalan Sultanah Zainab, Kota Bharu Kelantan.

Halaman Ramai Sdn Bhd develops the first Gated and Guarded Community in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The project named Minee Villa Kemumin, consists of 16 units of 3-storey bungalow and 14 units of 3-storey Semi-detached, surrounded by 7 feet fencing wall equipped with lased/IR censors detection to ensure high security. It is a low density modern residential concept with beautiful landscape design creating comfortable and harmonious surrounding. 

HR City View Sdn Bhd develops the first Dual-key concept condominium, namely City View Condominium. It is located at the heart of town with strategic location nearby shopping mall, hotel, hospital, and others. Dual-key concept refers to apartment unit with studio unit attached, which means apartment unit and studio unit each will have its own living space. An additional benefit for Dual-key is that the studio unit can be rented out, or both studio unit and apartment unit can be rented out.
